LOAN PROCESS TIMELINE
Review & Apply
In your own time
You can review and determine which product is available to you. Submit your application online for our Loans Specialists to contact you and determine most appropriate product.
Takes 1 - 2 days
Once all supporting documents are available, we will package your home loan and submit to the lender of choice.
Usually 3 - 4 days
The lender will organise credit checks and complete assessment. We’ll stay in touch with the lender and keep you informed along the way.
Takes 5 days
Order valuation and report(s) will be received by the lender within 3 days of inspection. We will receive unconditional (full) approval from the lender within 2 days from receipt of their satisfactory valuation(s).
Formal Approval Signed Documents
Takes 5 - 10 days
Lender will send a copy of the mortgage documents to you within 5 days of unconditional approval.You will need to sign the mortgage documents and return them to the legal team.
Takes 2 - 10 days
Between 2-3 days after you have returned your mortgage documents your solicitor/conveyancer (for new purchase) or current lender (for refinance) will contact the lender to book settlement.
